L'Ecole du Samedi (French curriculum for Francophone children, ages 4-13)

The Alliance Française of Greenwich is proud to offer its longstanding bilingual program - L'Ecole du Samedi - designed for fluent French-speaking children. The classes are taught in French by experienced teachers, and follow the French school curriculum. Small class sizes allow for individualized attention, and students’ progress is evaluated on a regular basis.

Classes are held 3 Saturdays per month from September to June (30 Saturdays total), from 9:30am to 12:30pm, at our offices located on Greenwich Avenue. 10% tuition reduction for the second child enrolled; 15% tuition reduction for the third child enrolled.

Students prepare for secondary-level French through advanced literacy, critical thinking, and cultural fluency.
Pace: 1 3hr Class per week over 30 weeks
Ecole du Samedi - Cours Elémentaire 1 (age 7)

Cours Elémentaire - CE1

Children build reading fluency, written expression, grammar foundations, and confidence speaking French.
Pace: 1 3hr Class per week over 30 weeks
Ecole du Samedi - Cours Elémentaire 2 (age 8)

Children strengthen reading, writing, oral fluency, and cultural knowledge appropriate to the CE2 level.
